2011 – 2014: Produced print marketing materials; wrote and edited product manuals; edited federal grant proposals, conference poster presentations, and journal submissions; managed email marketing campaigns; collaborated on company web redesign and wrote web content; developed and managed annual and project-based calendars; wrote software test procedures; and oversaw product publication bibliography for Pinnacle Technology, Inc.

2008 – 2010: Edited and streamlined monthly Department of Energy reports, wrote policies and procedures, and produced a bi-monthly newsletter for the TRU Waste Processing Center.
